Had the vehicle there twice for the same thing forgot to order my part took over a week for the part to come in then was told my radiator was cracked. I had no leakage no signs of any crack in my radiator.

Service itself was fine. I don't understand why when I had a scheduled appointment it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. If I had showed up without an appointment and had been squeezed in I can understand. Unacceptable to schedule and have to wait 2 hours for that service to be completed.

After an oil change service, my car developed an oil leak due to a service mistake. I unknowingly drove the next day with low oil and required another lengthy service appt to fix the mistake. I was then offered no apology and no refund for the botched oil change service.

Service employee meant us before we could get out of the vehicle and got our information and took the truck back to start the service. The waiting room and bathrooms were neat and clean. Our vehicle was serviced and returned in a very reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the service department again.

I scheduled an appointment at Premier for an oil change and to have rain guards installed that I ordered through the dealership. I was told they would be available by a specific date and planned my 10 a.m. appointment accordingly, even arriving early. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting nearly three hours — 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time — just to get an oil change. That kind of delay for a scheduled appointment is very disappointing. On top of that, the rain guards they ordered turned out to be for the wrong vehicle, so the installation couldn’t even be completed. The service advisor assured me the correct parts would arrive on 9/16/25 and that I would be contacted to arrange installation, with the install fee waived. To date, I have not received any follow-up. When I expressed my concern about the long wait, the service advisor showed little interest or concern. As a repeat customer who has previously purchased both a car and a new truck here, I expected much better service and communication. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether to continue bringing my business to Premier.

I came in yesterday for oil change, tire rotation, and to check my front parking sensor. I even told this to the guy who got my key and checked me in. It was over and hour and a half for this. When I checked out I asked what they found about my sensor. The tech said he didnt see anything written. I said, so did they check it? He said he didnt know. I said can you ask? So he went to check. In the mean time another tech asked what I needed. I explained. He told me they didnt really check that, sounds like it would be a warranty issue and said that I would have to schedule another apt for that. I told him I was upset that they didnt check it and now I would have to travel back to Morgantown again. He suggested since I live closer to Clarksburg that I could take it to Harry Greens. I told him that I didnt like Harry Greens and that is why I bought my truck from Premier. So I am upset that it took so long for just and oil change and tire rotation, that they didnt check my parking sensor like they were supposed to and to be told I can take my truck anywhere and now have to take another day off work to schedule another apt. We also referred someone to your dealership and we were supposed to get a $100 referral bonus since they purchased a car. I followed up 3 times about this and we never received it and never received a reason why. Very disappointing. I thought you were supposed to be Premier. I am second guessing this now...

The staff was friendly and service was performed in a timely manner.

It was a very enjoyable experience. My sister and I simply went to look around and found exactly what I felt I needed at this point in time. Scott Finamore was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a repeat customer and one reason for that is the wonderful service department at Premier. I believe that good service brings repeat customers.

Appointment first thing in the morning (7:45) to fix/replace windshield wiper pump. I was told it should only be about an hour, so I decided to wait. After two hours I asked what was going on and was told they were waiting for an approval for warranty coverage and had no idea how long that would take. I opted to leave at that point having wasted two hours of my morning. They called me several hours later to tell me the warranty wouldn't cover it, then called me again two hours later (3pm) to let me know it was done. Very poor communication.

As per usual, always extremely courteous and responded to all my questions and offered suggestions to questions I had about my engine compartment and what to use to discourage animal intrusions. My son immediately placed an order for me thru Amazon for Peppermint spray to discourage unwanted visits. The associate said it is one of the best solutions for discouraging critters so, hopefully, this will work.

Went to the dealership on Halloween looking to purchase a new GMC Sierra 1500 while the incentives were still in affect. Don Boisclair greeted my brother and I as we were walking through the lot. I told Don what I was looking for and he showed me two trucks. After deciding which one I was interested in Don went over all of the features, answered all of our questions, and then we took a test drive. When I told Don I'd buy the truck, he went over the price, discounts and incentives, got me a fair trade on my 2018 Sierra, and financing. After the sale, Don went over things again before leaving the dealership and offered to talk with me later if I had any questions or problems. Don made purchasing a new vehicle extremely easy and pleasant - the easiest I've ever encountered and I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. Why can't more car salesmen have Don's personality and patience? Also, since Premier serviced my 2018 GMC Sierra, I know how professional the service staff are - which is why I went to Premier looking for a new GMC Sierra. I highly recommend Premier GMC to everyone looking to purchase a GM vehicle!

Service department was attentive and helpful. My only complaint would be the fact that I asked them to drain my oil into my own personal bucket. That way I can use it for brush burning and stump burning but they forgot to do so. Not a huge deal but like to keep used motor oil for that purpose

The service techs take great care of you while from the initial contact to departure they welcome you and keep you informed. During my time spent at the dealership I was offered shuttle service to my home or to my favorite restaurant. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. Great waiting area and access to refreshments. If you get a chance take a peak at the shop. Their mechanic shop is huge! The salels staff is also very polite and helpful!

Fast did not take as long as I thought

Service Department responded quickly to a possible safety concern regarding my auto’s brakes. Relieved my concern and performed requested routine maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. Customer lounge is top-notch. Customer updates via phone texts were impressive and appreciated.

I bought tires ONE year ago from this dealership and the front ones were already in bad shape (as in, the front ones would not pass inspection). The dealership indicated I would have to use any warranty provided by the manufacturer (Good Year). So, I consulted staff at a Good Year shop and they indicated that my tires needed to be rotated every 5K-7K miles in order for their warranty to be honored. But I didn't get these tires rotated in their first year of use because the Premier dealership did not include it amongst their recommendations (and I follow their recommendations). So, I could not get a pro-rated set of tires. I went back to Premier with this news and all they would offer me is a waiver of the fees on installing, balancing, and disposing of my "old" tires. I only went with this dealership because their 'buy three, but one at 1 cent' was a better deal than I would get elsewhere. But I seriously considered going elsewhere and paying more anyway--just out of principle. I'm from a GM-family in the Metro-Detroit area; and I'm ashamed of how this was handled. I will be rethinking giving Premier future service work after the way I was treated.

Needed a quick tire pressure check and key fob battery. Did not have an appointment. Service rep pleasantly greeted me, got my vehicle in, and completed request expeditiously.

Yesterday when a “check engine” light can on in my 1500 miles old Sierra, I was a little upset. This is a brand new vehicle! But this morning, Sam Thomas told me if I could get there by 11, they would take a look at it. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better at any dealer in my life. Sam got me checked in, and asked if I had enough time for them to diagnose it. Fortunately, I did have time. I don’t know who the tech was, but he completely inspected the exhaust system, diagnosed the problem, and made the required repairs, all under warranty. Needless to say, I was both relieved and happy. Your service group has my sincere thanks!

Insofar as it went, the service was OK, but the symptom was addressed, not the underlying problem which was a software update failure. The existence of the software update failure in AT4s was denied. This is GMC problem of the software or something in the vehicle. If it keeps happening, I will have to judge the vehicle to be unreliable and act accordingly to obtain reliable transportation.

Professional, courteous. Clean and well kept dealership. First service for my new HD truck, first Chevy HD truck. So far, happy and satisfied.

When I called it to schedule my appointment, they asked if I needed to be in and out or if I was looking to drop off. I told them in and out. We arrived at 12:45 for a 1pm appointment. They said they would get us right in then proceeded to pull our vehicle into garage area. 1:47 rolls around and my wife headed over to ask what the status was. They then told us they were short staffed and were getting ready to get started on our car. Meanwhile we have been there for over an hour waiting with our 4 year old daughter. If you were short staffed you should have made us aware right from the start. We didn’t leave until well after 2pm.
